In the hope that the museum will provide an opportunity for visitors to develop their imagination and expressive skills, and to help them have good memories of their summer holidays, the Fukuda Art Museum of Saga Arashiyama Kyoto will offer free admission for primary school children (under 13 years old) for the month of August 2026. However, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The special exhibition “Let All be Well – Prayers in Paint-“, which can be viewed during the free admission period, features various Buddhist paintings and auspicious paintings which express hope in daily life . Tuesdays and Sunday are “Feel Free to Talk Day”, that you feel free to enjoy conversation with your family.
