Q. I cannot reach you by phone. Is there another way to contact you?
A. During busy hours at the reception, we may be unable to answer the phone and have an answering machine set up. We kindly ask that you contact us via email whenever possible for a quicker response.
Q. Are tickets only available online?
A. Tickets are also available at the door on the day of your visit. However, online tickets offer a better value. Please note that if the museum is crowded, visitors without online tickets may be asked to wait before entering.
Q. How crowded is the museum right now?
A. Currently, we are not experiencing crowds that require entry restrictions. Except for just before opening time, there are generally no long lines to enter. Should the museum become significantly crowded, we will provide updates via our official social media channels.
Q. Can I purchase the “Combo Ticket” online?
A. The “Combo Ticket” including admissions to the Fukuda Art Museum and the Saga Arashiyama Museum of Arts & Culture is not sold directly online. However, if you purchase an online ticket for the Fukuda Art Museum and present your confirmation screen at the reception desk, you will receive a 100-yen discount. This allows you to enjoy both museums for the same total price as the combo ticket.
