To coincide with our special exhibition opening on July 19, the Museum Café ‘Bread, Espresso & Fukuda Art Museum’ is launching a new summer menu.
Come and enjoy refreshing drinks and a seasonal panini featuring summer vegetables—perfect for the height of summer!

One of our must-tries is the “Ramunade” (¥800)—a nostalgic Japanese ramune soda base mixed with a touch of lemon syrup and topped with a scoop of ramune sherbet. A slice of lemon tucked inside adds extra fragrance and freshness. This cool and citrusy drink is as visually refreshing as it is delicious.

Our popular cream soda now comes in two new summer flavors: Watermelon (¥900) and Melon (¥800).
The watermelon cream soda blends watermelon syrup and Calpis concentrate with sparkling soda, filled with juicy watermelon cubes, and topped with a slice of watermelon and a scoop of salted ice cream. The hint of salt perfectly balances the sweetness, making it a crisp and refreshing drink for hot days.

Our seasonal smoothies (¥900) are also here to help you beat the heat. Choose from a bright, happy orange Mango Smoothie, packed with tropical sweetness, or a bold and flavorful Salted Tomato Smoothie—featuring fresh tomatoes, milk, salted ice cream, and a dash of rock salt to support hydration and recovery on hot days.

Our café’s signature panini menu now features a new item: “Grilled Eggplant & Bolognese with a Sunny-Side-Up Egg” (À la carte ¥1,400 / with drink ¥1,900).
This panini sandwiches hearty soy-based Bolognese, grilled eggplant, mozzarella cheese, frilly lettuce, and a fried egg in rustic ciabatta bread. The savory richness of the Bolognese, the smoky aroma of the eggplant, and the creaminess of mozzarella create an irresistible combination.

Available from 1:00 PM, our seasonal Fuku-Parfait (¥1,600) now comes in a refreshing Honey Lemon flavor.
With layers of lemon curd, ice cream, tea jelly, and crispy meringue cookies, this parfait is both vibrant and energizing—a sweet way to recharge.
On rainy days, we also offer a mini parfait set with a drink (¥1,600).
