Please note that you must enter the museum within 30 minutes of the specified time, which must be strictly adhered to.

As noted on the online ticket website and on the ticket sent to you by email, we would like to reiterate that you should enter on time. Recently, we have had a steady stream of visitors who arrive much earlier than booked, saying they want to use the café.
The time written on the ticket is the time you will enter the museum. If you plan to use the café, please plan your stay to include this time and choose an appropriate time to enter the café.
