Fukuda Art Museum in Arashiyama, Kyoto holds “Forms of Love – Legendary Shunga Scroll Chigo Sōshi on Display-” from 19 September 2026 to 17 January 2027.  Here are some tips for you to fully enjoy the exhibition. 1. Book Online for Best Rates

   The online tickets are available at the discounted group rate and can be purchased until 3:00 PM on the day of your visit. You can simply access our official online ticketing website.

   Special Offer for Saga Arashiyama Museum of Arts & Culture (SAMAC) : Present your official online ticket at SAMAC to receive the group discount there as well. SAMAC is currently hosting a special exhibition  “Discover and Enjoy Kyoto Even More Through Pictures”.  (Please note: Opening dates/holidays may vary between the two facilities.)

2. Morning ticket from 9:15am now on sale!
   For a limited time only, premium morning activity tickets are available for viewing the museum from 9:15am only on our official online ticketing website. You can buy it a week prior to your desired entry date and get a small souvenir. We hope you will make the most of your morning.
   You can show the morning ticket at the reception of Saga Arashiyama Museum of Arts & Culture and get a discount as well.
   Annual Pass holders can also enter the museum from 9.15am by registering in advance and presenting their membership card on the day of their visit.
   
   

3. Combo tickets for the Same-Day Visitors

   Looking to buy tickets on the day of your visit?

   For those who wish to purchase tickets on-site, we offer a Combo Ticket covering both Fukuda Art Museum and Saga Arashiyama Museum of Arts & Culture. To purchase same-day tickets, please inquire at the ticket counter of either building. 
   
   

4. Show your ticket at Arashiyama Kumahiko and receive a special offer!

5. Apply for the annual pass on the day of your visit and get a 1000 yen discount
   If you purchase a ticket, see an exhibition and decide to apply for an annual pass before you leave the museum, we will give you a 1000 yen discount and extend the validity period by one month. The annual pass enables you to free access to the museum throughout a year.We give a leaflet about this benefit to all paying visitors, please bring it to the reception before you leave. 
   
   
   
6. Park your car at D Parking Arashiyama Chikurin-no-Komichi 1st (Dパーキング嵐山竹林の小径第１) and get a refund 
   If you drive to Arashiyama, you might want to park your car at the D Parking near the entrance to the famous bamboo forest. Please be sure to print a entry ticket when you leave the parking. You will get 200 yen cash refund if you show the ticket at the reception desk.
   
   
   
7. Enjoy a private curator-guided tour of the museum before it opens and after it closes!

   Fukuda Art Museum provides free audioguide both in Japanese and English. Please scan the QR code with your smartphone so that you can get access to the website of our audioguide. Please make sure to use your earplugs not to distract other visitors. Rental equipment is provided at an additional charge.
