Fukuda Art Museum in Arashiyama, Kyoto h0lds “Jakuchū: Prancing Feathers and Swelling Gourds” from 25 April 2026 to 5 July 2026. Itō Jakuchū (1716–1800) is one of the most popular painter in Japan, and we are pleased to exhibit 10 newly unveiled works.  We hope you enjoy our fantastic Jakuchū collection as well as the spring landscape of Arashiyama.

2. Morning ticket from 9:30am now on sale!
   For a limited time only, morning activity tickets are available for viewing the museum from 9:30am only on our official online ticketing website. You can buy it a week prior to your desired entry date. The price is the same as if you enter the museum after 10:00. We hope you will make the most of your morning.
   You can show the morning ticket at the reception of Saga Arashiyama Museum of Arts & Culture and get a discount as well.
   Annual Pass holders can also enter the museum from 9.30am by registering in advance and presenting their membership card on the day of their visit.

3. Combo tickets for the Same-Day Visitors

   For those who wish to purchase tickets on-site, we offer a Combo Ticket covering both Fukuda Art Museum and Saga Arashiyama Museum of Arts & Culture. 7. Park your car at D Parking Arashiyama Chikurin-no-Komichi 1st (Dパーキング嵐山竹林の小径第１) and get a refund 
   If you drive to Arashiyama, you might want to park your car at the D Parking near the entrance to the famous bamboo forest. Please be sure to print a entry ticket when you leave the parking. You will get 200 yen cash refund if you show the ticket at the reception desk.
