In the hope that the museum will provide an opportunity for visitors to develop their imagination and expressive skills, and to help them have good memories of their summer holidays, the Fukuda Art Museum of Saga Arashiyama Kyoto will offer free admission for primary school children (under 13 years old) for the month of August 2024. However, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The special exhibition “Fukuda Animals on Parade”, which can be viewed during the free admission period, features various Japanese paintings with animal motifs. Tuesdays are “Talking Day!”, that you feel free to enjoy conversation with your family.
